Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building work.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
- Perform inspections and identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants and address their concerns professionally.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Multiskilled Operative or similar role.
- Proficiency in multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
