Job role: Data Entry Clerk
Location: Poole
Pay: £12.50ph
REED are recruiting on behalf of for a fast growing, multi-site electrical wholesale business based in Poole for a Data Entry Clerk on a temporary, part time basis. This is a great opportunity for you to work on a flexible basis and assist them as their Data Entry Clerk whilst they expand their business in the Poole area.
As a Data Entry Clerk your duties will include:
- You will be required to work part time, two days a week, 07:30 – 17:30 starting from the 5th of August.
- You will be expected to input data at a high volume (experience will be required) using bespoke internal systems (training will be provided).
- Keying supplier invoices into accounts systems for payments.
- Check Data accuracy.
You will need:
- Minimum 6 months in a Data Entry Clerk role.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent typing skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
