Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 + commission

The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, overseeing the sales team, and driving business growth within across ecommerce and trade platforms.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Set sales targets, performance metrics, and KPIs for the sales team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
- Spearhead the team, working closely cross functionally with both sales and marketing to optimise results and drive revenue
