We have partnered with a well-regarded firm based in North London who are seeking an experienced Private Client Locum Solicitor to provide essential support for a 2-week holiday cover. This role requires full-time, in-office presence, and is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of complex probate and estate matters.
Key Details

Primary Responsibilities

Handling a caseload of complex probate matters, including:

IHT400 distributions

Inheritance and estate planning for high-net-worth estates

Preparation and management of Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)

Limited involvement with contentious probate cases, with a primary focus on larger estates and intricate tax/inheritance matters.
Support and Systems
- Support: Secretarial assistance available to ensure smooth operations.
- CMS: ALB case management system in use.
