Qualified Management Accountant - £50,000 - £65,000 (Hybrid Working), North Hampshire

Trace is delighted to partner with a leading business in North Hampshire, seeking a Qualified Management Accountant to join their dynamic and expanding team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) Accountant looking to leverage their experience and take on a more senior role. The position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong grasp of financial processes.

About Your New Role:

  • Manage the month-end management accounts and journals, including prepayments, accruals, and fixed assets.
  • Conduct monthly balance sheet account reconciliations.
  • Maintain and update budget and forecast models.
  • Post expenses, summarize payments, and prepare documentation for accounting records.
  • Oversee monthly payroll and provide necessary information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.
  • Perform administrative duties as required and provide ad-hoc support where necessary.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth understanding of financial processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong teamwork skills.
  • Effective communication abilities.
