As Interim HR BP, you will support a group of stores across London in a generalist remit covering the annual HR lifecycle including ER, performance, talent and Learning. Reporting to the HR Director you will manage an HR Advisor and work as part of a wider team.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified or equivalent and will have worked as an HR BP within a luxury retail business where you will have supported multiple stores in a generalist remit. You will have experience of operating as a true generalist remit without the need for COEs and be used to working at pace. You will be able to start a new role on short notice and commit to a 4 month plus duration working in a hybrid manner and visiting stores across London.
