Description
- Overseeing the purchase ledger process from start to finish
- Ensuring all invoices and payments are processed accurately and timely
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Handling and resolving supplier queries
- Preparing and processing BACS payments
- Maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with month-end duties
- Adhering to all company and regulatory standards
Profile
A successful Senior Purchase Ledger should have:
- A solid understanding of purchase ledger processes
- Level 3 AAT
- Exceptional numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to handle and resolve supplier queries
- Familiarity with BACS payment systems
- The ability to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in assisting with month-end duties
Job Offer
