Description

  • Overseeing the purchase ledger process from start to finish
  • Ensuring all invoices and payments are processed accurately and timely
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Handling and resolving supplier queries
  • Preparing and processing BACS payments
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with month-end duties
  • Adhering to all company and regulatory standards

Profile

A successful Senior Purchase Ledger should have:

  • A solid understanding of purchase ledger processes
  • Level 3 AAT
  • Exceptional numerical accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills to handle and resolve supplier queries
  • Familiarity with BACS payment systems
  • The ability to maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in assisting with month-end duties

Job Offer
