Your new company
Hays are pleased to be working in partnership with a recognised construction company with an office in Perthshire to support them in their requirement for a full time, permanent Data Administrator to join their existing team. This role will play a key part in providing the wider business with operational reports through accurate data manipulation and processing.
Your new role
In your new role, you will work collaboratively with the wider team to support in the daily, weekly and monthly production of operational reports that are required by business stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of day to day business. You will be using Microsoft Excel and a bespoke software system to process, collate and prepare data into several reports required by the wider organisation and key stakeholders. This role will also require someone to be comfortable in supporting with wider business administration including answering the phones, managing general queries raised in the office and supporting with timely administration tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be confident in your accuracy to process and collate large volumes of data; whilst demonstrating a strong ability to use and apply formulae on Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. You will be interested in working collaboratively with a wider team on similar tasks, but willing to bring a self-starter attitude and ability to adapt based on business and team requirements.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will be offered a competitive base salary of up to £28,000 depending on your level of experience in data processing and demonstrated ability to confidenlty use Microsoft Excel. You will be securing a full time, permanent role with an organisation that are well known within the industry as well as a recognised employer within the local Perthshire area.
