A dynamic Legal 500 firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services is looking to grow its Private Client team in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
The firm is looking for a Private Client Solicitor with approximately NQ - 3 years of experience to join its first-tier team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and within a firm with reputation for excellence. The firm is a leading Legal 500 team which deals with the full spectrum of Private Client matters including high-net-worth clients.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified solicitor (0-3 PQE as an indicator, but all levels will be considered) with a solid understanding of private client work
- Key responsibilities include drafting wills, administering estates, lifetime tax planning, and advising clients on Enduring and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- You will also manage Court of Protection matters and assist with contentious probate cases as required although this will make up a small portion of the workload
- Have a strong academic record including a 2:1 degree of better
