Summer Vacancy - Clearing Advisor

Are you looking for a summer job that you can do from the comfort of your own home? We're recruiting for our client, a prestigious organisation in the education sector, to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor for their University Admissions Clearing hotline.

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to help prospective students complete their applications and provide information about the organisation, answering any inquiries they may have. This 1-week assignment is perfect for students or teachers looking for a short-term position over the summer holiday period.

With operational hours from 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.If you're looking for something more long term, there may be opportunities to extend your working-from-home assignment into an ongoing role.

Here's what we're looking for in a successful candidate:

  • Customer-focused and compassionate when dealing with customers
  • Resilient and able to work in high-pressure environments
  • Availability for the full duration of your assignment
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Proof of your right to work in the UK
  • Attention to detail
  • GCSE English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Must be available between 12th - 16th August 2024

In addition, you'll need to bring your own device with anti-virus software activated and updated, using Windows 10 or above. Unfortunately, Apple products, Chromebooks, and tablets will not be compatible. You'll also need a working headset, as speakers cannot be used during the role. Access to a distraction-free work environment is essential.
