We are currently recruiting for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join our client in the Dispute Resolution team in their Banbury office.

Responsibilities of the role would include, but are not limited to:
- Property Disputes, both residential and Commercial
- Contentious Probate
- TOLATA claims
- Insolvency and Bankruptcy
- Contract Disputes
- Professional Negligence
- Debt Recovery
Knowledge & Skills
- 3+ years PQE Experience - Essential
- IT Skills - Essential
