My client are a Pharmaceutical Company who are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing Team
You will be reporting into the Brand Manager
The Role
- Assist in the prompt approval of materials, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Help manage the financial and legal components of various projects.
- Support the Brand Manager in executing projects, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure the timely production of marketing materials.
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional events, conferences, and local meetings, including handling logistics, registrations, and preparation of materials.
- Work with the marketing team to create high-quality promotional content, such as brochures, emails, newsletters, and digital assets.
- Ensure all marketing content complies with pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Collaborate with agencies to provide clear briefings and oversee the effective management of agency-led projects.
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Ensure all marketing activities conform to industry standards and legal requirements.
You
- Demonstrable experience in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of marketing experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related sectors.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, analytics platforms).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple projects concurrently.
