Our growing client is looking for a Chartered Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will maintain a consistently high level of customer service for all stakeholders by utilizing processes and systems effectively, ensuring that tasks are accomplished in accordance with agreed-upon targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Efficiently administer chartered-related activities, facilitating seamless information flow among essential stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Archive Chartered-related documentation in compliance with the Retention Policy.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Chartered Team Leader.
- Maintain accurate records in both the database and paper format.
- Respond effectively to Chartered standard queries via email, web chat, and phone, meeting agreed-upon SLAs for response times.
- Facilitate communication with ChPP assessors, aiding in the coordination of assessor availability for written submissions and interviews.
- Implement robust operating procedures for ChPP processes, covering both UK and overseas candidates.
Skills and Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications: Successful completion of GCSEs, including Mathematics and English, or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience: Proven track record in a customer services role, demonstrating effective communication skills through email, telephone, and web chat interactions.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate-level database IT skills.
- Skills: Exceptional time management, high attention to detail, Strong communication skills, adept at building and maintaining relationships.
