Location: Hybrid - Northampton
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Salary: £30,000 + bonus (OTE £35,000)

East Midlands HR are recruiting on behalf of their client for a Marketing Executive, a growing family business opening new sites across the UK. We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Executive to enhance our clients brand presence, drive customer engagement, and boost sales through innovative communications strategies. This role offers an exciting and varied challenge with the opportunity to gain valuable experience and autonomy to make key decisions and drive the company forward.

This hybrid role will see you work 2 to 3 days in Northampton Town Centre Offices and home-based working. Hours of work can be flexible to suit the right candidate.

What you'll be doing:

  • This role reports into the Managing Director
  • Manage the website, reporting and marketing platforms;
  • Manage central email marketing requirements - national email campaigns, automated emails, content modules, templates and reporting.
  • Be responsible for adding website content and ensuring it is being kept up to date. Report on outdated content and work with key stakeholders to ensure content is current and valid.
  • Support the creation of content such as written articles, photography and video.
  • Work closely with other members of the Sales team, and our creative and media agencies, to deliver a range of marketing projects and campaigns;
  • Provide creative ideas and input into projects and campaigns;
  • Manage outbound social media content and posts - creating engaging Facebook and Instagram content for example;
  • Support the team in the delivery of projects and ongoing update, maintenance,
  • Provide support to the team in the delivery of new marketing campaigns;
  • Support and improve the use of data-driven marketing throughout the sales funnel and support our regional marketing teams on how they can optimize their online/offline activities;
  • Support the delivery of the overall marketing strategy

What you need to be part of this new team:

  • Proven experience in marketing and a willingness to learn
  • Stong understanding of digital marketing, social media, SEO and content creation
  • Experience to deliver brand awareness
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic, with a passion for driving business growth
  • Great attention to detail, high levels of accuracy and commitment to quality
  • Able to work on and use own initiative and problem solve
  • Want to work in a team environment, focused on growing the business
  • Right to work in the UK
