SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for Hyrbid HR and Compliance Administrator for one of our clients based in North Derbyshire.
We are looking for candidates with a background/understanding of care / education / healthcare. As this will help in understanding the importance of the enhanced DBS checks and other eseential requirements within the business.
This is an on-going temporary assignment, starting at 3 months which could potentially lead to a Fixed Term Contract or Permanent position.
The client are rapidly growing and experiencing successful, continued growth across all areas within the business. This is a key role for the business and requires someone who can hit the ground running, someone who has really understands the importance of compliance and someone with a strong attention to detail.
Hybrid Working - Maximum of 2 days in the office.
Pay rate - £12.82ph
Day to day duties will include:
- Administrative tasks supporting all onboarding, HR and Recruitment
- Enhanced DBS Checks
- Reference checks - chasing where required
- Completing all compliance for new starters
- System updates and reporting
- Day to day HR/Recruitment support
This is a great opportunity for someone who has a background in HR, Recruitment or Compliance and excellent administration skills - who is looking to gain more skills in this particular area and really manage a project of their own.
