Talent Aquistion Administrator

Our client based in central Reading is currently seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join their busy and dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be the first point of contact for the recruitment team and will support with the end-to-end recruitment process. As the Recruitment Administrator you will correspond with both internal and external stakeholders with a variety of recruitment queries. You will need to highly confident, articulate and enthusiastic to work in this very fast paced role.

Please note there is no parking due to their central location and you will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week, so will need to live in an easily commutable distance to Reading centre.

Your role:

  • Support the end to end recruitment process
  • Monitor the recruitment inbox
  • Arranging contracts of employment and keeping in touch candidates who have been offered
  • Keeping the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) updated and accurate
  • Interview co-ordination
  • Manage advert posting on external job boards
  • Assisting with the onboarding process
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Pre-employment checks
  • Corresponding with external recruitment agencies
  • Preparing departmental reports monthly
  • Ensure all candidate data is managed in accordance with GDPR guidelines

Essential

  • You might already be working in HR, or Recruitment, or this role could suit a graduate with aptitude and attitude to work in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience of working in a large organisation preferred
  • Experience of working collaboratively within a team
  • Administration experience
  • First class customer service
  • Demonstrable competence in IT (confident using Microsoft Office and be comfortable with learning new systems)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (with the confidence to deal with senior level internal and external stakeholders)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy (in both written and verbal communications)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Strong planning and organising skills
  • Able to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Dynamic approach and able to use your initiative
