As they continue to expand their operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior D365 Project Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across their business units.

Position Overview:

The Senior D365 Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing complex D365 projects from inception through to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management with Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a strong understanding of business processes and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead the planning and implementation of D365 projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate and manage project resources, including internal teams, external consultants, and vendors.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with business requirements.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Timeline Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and overall project completion.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process and D365 implementation methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of D365 functionalities and capabilities, including Finance and Operations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving project success.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in project planning and execution.
