Day to Day of the role:
- Execute monthly payroll operations accurately, ensuring all employee compensation is processed on time.
- Manage deductions, including taxes, benefits, and pension contributions, in compliance with legal requirements.
- Oversee new employee enrolment into benefits programs and maintain comprehensive payroll records.
- Address discrepancies in timekeeping and payroll data proactively, providing prompt resolutions.
- Streamline payroll processes for enhanced efficiency and deliver exceptional customer service for payroll inquiries.
