Akkodis are partnering with a highly reputable client within the Financial Services/Insurance sector on the continued expansion of their project team. Our client are embarking on a major change programme across their Business Change and Technology function which will modernise the way they manage their customer interaction and operations with the introduction of an innovative cloud based platform.
We are looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager who has a proven background in managing large change projects within an agile environment. We require someone with excellent business engagement skills, being able to manage stakeholders effectively at all levels. A good technical understanding is key for this role but the main driver is having the ability to get the business ready for major technical and process changes.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Extensive IT Project Management with a focus on business change and readiness
- Excellent stakeholder/business engagement skills
- System implementation/digital project experience - Front and Back office
- Agile experience
- Financial Services or Insurance experience would be beneficial
- Any experience with Guidewire or similar tools would be advantageous
This is an exciting opportunity to join a large scale project with a well-known organisation. The role is 6 months with potential to extend and it has been deemed inside of IR35. We require somebody to work on site 1 day per week minimum in Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwickshire.
