Engage Education is partnering with a forward-thinking primary school in Southampton, seeking a dedicated Behavioural Support Mentor to work within Upper Key Stage 2.

  • Some knowledge or experience with additional or complex behavioural needs
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about helping children reach their full potential
  • Able to think on their feet and use their initiative
  • Some knowledge/experience of the National Curriculum
  • Ability to form strong and professional relationships with colleagues and children

More About the Role

  • Earn up to £500 per week
  • Support on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
  • Work with other staff to engage pupils and minimise disruption
  • Assist pupils with behavioural needs such as Autism, ADHD, or Learning Difficulties
