Engage Education is partnering with a forward-thinking primary school in Southampton, seeking a dedicated Behavioural Support Mentor to work within Upper Key Stage 2.

- Some knowledge or experience with additional or complex behavioural needs
- Passionate and enthusiastic about helping children reach their full potential
- Able to think on their feet and use their initiative
- Some knowledge/experience of the National Curriculum
- Ability to form strong and professional relationships with colleagues and children
More About the Role
- Earn up to £500 per week
- Support on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
- Work with other staff to engage pupils and minimise disruption
- Assist pupils with behavioural needs such as Autism, ADHD, or Learning Difficulties
