Business Intelligence Analyst

We are currently recruiting a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis.

We are a social housing landlord and one of the largest housing providers in the region with over 22,000 social and affordable homes, mainly in the Bradford district. We employ a talented workforce of nearly 1,000 people.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Business Intelligence Team in the provision of high-quality, real-time measures, management information and business intelligence systems. ?
  • Provide exception reports to key stakeholders to enable continual data quality monitoring and improvement. ?
  • Provide visualisations and reports for our core business end users.?
  • Be involved in using AI and Machine Learning tools to enhance our use of data and the services we offer to our customers
  • Work closely with the Systems Programmers to provide reporting to support system development.

Requirements

  • Experience of creating engaging dashboards with drilldown, allowing business stakeholders to analyse and improve performance.? - Essential
  • Demonstratable experience of using query tools, SQL and software/scripting languages to deliver management information.? - Essential
  • Proven experience of using Power BI and of ETL job creation/management.? - Essential
  • Experience of delivery and interpreting management information and business intelligence information in a performance environment.? - Essential
  • The ability to disseminate complex information to a wide audience from junior members of staff to non-technical senior management.? - Essential
  • A flexible, pleasant disposition, approachable to all types of people and able to effectively communicate at all levels. - Essential
  • Strong Data Warehouse skills.? - Desirable

  • Have excellent communication skills and can interact with colleagues at all levels throughout the business.?
  • Have experience of designing data dashboards and exception reports to aid in improving performance and improving data quality.

  • Salary ranges from £50,069 upto £54,738 per year dependant on experience (figures include 2hrs contracted OT per week)
