In this exciting role, you'll:
- Contribute directly to clinical confidence and case submissions by supporting dental professionals using cutting-edge 3D treatment planning software.
- Provide expert clinical support to dentists and orthodontists on case evaluation, treatment planning, patient selection and product benefits.
- Become a trusted advisor and educator, guiding providers through individual consultations, training programs and data analysis to identify best practices.
- Collaborate with various teams - from marketing and sales to training and research - to achieve shared goals and drive business success.
- Stay at the forefront of the industry by learning about new technologies and attending key industry events.
To thrive in this role, you'll possess:
- University Degree in Dentistry with at least 2+ years of related clinical experience, preferably with experience in orthodontics.
- A passion for excellence and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, efficiently handling diverse tasks and priorities.
- A willingness to travel up to 20% to connect with key stakeholders.
