Description
As Production Lead you will be tasked with the following;
- Guide and monitor daily operations in the engineering & manufacturing department.
- Ensure quality control standards are met and maintained.
- Innovate and implement strategies to increase efficiency in production processes.
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of dedicated professionals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Regularly review production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage resources effectively to meet production targets.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols in the production area.
Profile
A successful Production Lead should have:
- A degree or similar in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. (Not essential)
- Proven leadership skills in an industrial / manufacturing setting.
- IOSH is advantageous
- Strong understanding of quality control and efficiency strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
