My client is looking for a Planner/Project Coordinator to join their team, offering a full-time on-site role in Kidlington, Oxford. The successful candidate will be instrumental in coordinating and scheduling teams of skilled workers, ensuring efficient work allocation, and monitoring the progress of multiple projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail, who enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

Day to Day of the role:

• Coordinate and schedule teams of skilled workers across various projects.
• Plan and prioritise workload to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and other team members.
• Complete required documentation and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Utilise project management software and tools to track project timelines and milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and coordination is advantageous.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Experience with Salesforce is beneficial, but not essential as full training will be provided.

Benefits:

• Salary of £35K per annum.
• Standard working hours: Monday – Friday, 7am-4pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
• Occasional paid overtime at evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
• Annual leave entitlement of 25 days plus 8 bank holidays.
