I am currently working with a leading Employment and Business Law Specialist who are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Employment Solicitor to join their vibrant Head Office in Cheltenham City Centre.

Required:
- You will be a Solicitor, Lawyer Cilex, or an established fee earner. Preferably you will be over 2 PQE+ but all levels are welcome to apply!
- You will be ambitious, passionate, friendly, and hardworking - with a solid foundation of employment, either contentious or non-contentious experience.
- You will have a proven track record of billings, and will take a keen interest in building your own client base.
As part of this position, you will be handling a diverse caseload that caters to both employers and employees.
You will provide advice on a broad spectrum of employment issues, including:
- Advising individuals on all types of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, redundancy, settlement agreements, misconduct claims, discrimination and bullying claims, equal pay advice, family rights, and employment tribunal representation.
- Advising businesses on their employment and HR issues, including HR policies, contracts, restrictive covenants, service agreements, GPPR advice, buying and selling a business, transfers, and TUPE.
