Our client, a leading organisation renowned for their high-quality training and certification programmes, is looking for a Programme Marketing Manager. This role is pivotal in driving the marketing efforts for their various development programmes, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.

As a Programme Marketing Manager, you will join a dynamic and ambitious team, collaborating closely with senior leadership. You will be responsible for managing a team of marketing professionals, overseeing multiple programmes, and ensuring the seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

The Day to Day...

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans across multiple channels, including digital, social media, content and more. Oversee the creation and management of marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with brand standards and objectives.
  • Operational Management: Lead and motivate a marketing team, driving success across various programmes and initiatives. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects efficiently and within scope.
  • Campaign Management & Analysis: Launch and manage marketing campaigns, including pre-launch strategies for new programmes. Create detailed reports on marketing performance, including metrics analysis and strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Financial Oversight: Maintain strict control over the marketing budget, ensuring expenditures are aligned with the strategic goals. Report financial performance and planned activities to senior management for approval.
