Job Title: Front of House Receptionist

Rate: £15/hour

Hours: 9.30am-6.30pm

Location: Central London

Type: Full-time, Ongoing temporary

Start: Immediate (Monday 30th June)

Our client is a discreet, high-end aesthetic clinic offering world-class treatments tailored to an elite clientele. They pride themselves on delivering an exceptional standard of service in a refined and serene environment.

They are seeking an experienced Front of House Receptionist who exudes professionalism, poise, and warmth, and is confident working within a luxury environment serving high-net-worth individuals.

This is an ongoing temporary role, starting on Monday 30th June for at least the next 3-4 weeks whilst they hire the role permanently.

What you'll do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, offering an impeccable and welcoming experience in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Manage client bookings with discretion and efficiency
  • Ensure the reception area is pristine, elegantly presented, and always reflects the luxury standards of the clinic
  • Handle confidential client information with the utmost discretion and sensitivity
  • Coordinate closely with practitioners and the clinic manager to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Support in the preparation and presentation of refreshments, treatment literature, and luxury amenities
  • Maintain awareness of all treatments and products offered to confidently assist with client enquiries
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with returning clients and VIP guests

Who you are:

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a front of house or receptionist role within a luxury clinic, five-star hospitality, private members' club, or high-end retail
  • Exceptionally well-presented
  • Confident, articulate, and calm under pressure with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with UHNW or VIP clientele and understanding of their expectations
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Proficient in booking systems, email etiquette, and basic administrative duties
