This role is a 6 month FTC initially.

Description
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry into the payroll system
- Ensure accurate processing and recording of the company's payroll
- Provide timely and accurate financial information
- Process forms and applications for the Accounting & Finance department
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Maintain payroll operations by following policies and procedures
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Ensure compliance with current payroll tax requirements
Profile
A successful Payroll Specialist should have:
- A strong understanding of payroll systems and procedures
- Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- A proactive approach to work, with a problem-solving attitude
