The Advocate Group is leading the search for a Senior Content Manager to join a disruptive drinks business based in Chesterfield.
You will lead a talented team of content managers in building and delivering engaging content strategies to set their brands apart from the competition.
The Role:
- Drive the content planning, execution and measurement for the brands
- Deliver engaging, effective content across Social, Website & Email channels
- Manage & inspire a team of content managers
- Lead weekly content team meetings to share best trending content themes and reactive content ideas
- Deliver content creation days and attend brand activations
- Own the creation of content for paid ad strategy for your brand(s)
- Work with 3rd party suppliers and influencers to ensure a flow of effective, engaging and credible content that aligns to brand strategy/guidelines
- Measure and report on all activity to help shape the content strategy moving forward
The Person:
- Experience in a strategic content role either in house or agency side.
- MUST HAVE consumer product experience
- People management experience
- An experienced communicator and content creator who is passionate about great content
- Knowledge and understanding of channel neutral content marketing
- High energy levels with the capacity to deliver operational tasks
