I am seeking a Level 4 Teaching Assistant with recent experience in UK primary schools. This role offers both long-term and day-to-day supply work in the Doncaster area, with the potential for a temporary to permanent position as we gear towards September. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Teaching Assistant looking to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences and further their career.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Support the classroom teacher in planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons.
  • Lead pre-planned lessons to cover PPA or short-term absences.
  • Work closely with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning material.
  • Assist in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
  • Prepare teaching materials and resources as required.
  • Adapt to different educational settings and quickly integrate with new teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Recent experience working in primary schools.
  • Strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire young learners.
  • Flexibility to work on both long-term and day-to-day assignments.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
