Business Process Analyst - Finance Transformation (12-Month Contract)
Join a leading organisation at the forefront of finance transformation! We're looking for a Business Process Analyst to play a key role in our SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA migration, ensuring finance processes are optimised and aligned with best practices.
What You'll Do:
?? Act as the bridge between Finance, IT, and our System Integrator, ensuring a smooth transition to SAP S/4HANA
?? Lead finance process workshops, gather business requirements, and identify gaps in current workflows
?? Support end-to-end project delivery—from design and testing to implementation and go-live
?? Drive change management, ensuring user adoption and minimal disruption
?? Oversee UAT, data migration, and post-go-live support
What We're Looking For:
?? Finance background in Transactional Finance, with experience in transformation projects
?? Hands-on expertise in SAP FICO & or FSCM, ideally within a large or complex organisation
?? Strong experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC), receivables, credit management, collections, and cash flow forecasting ideal
?? Proven track record in SAP system migrations and process optimisation
?? Excellent stakeholder management, analytical skills, and ability to translate finance needs into system solutions
