As a HR Advisor, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department, driving employee engagement and supporting the development of the HR strategy within the FMCG industry.

Description

  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategy.
  • Drive employee engagement and foster a positive company culture.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
  • Assist with the recruitment process, ensuring the best talent is attracted and retained.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide advice and support on HR related queries.
  • Support the delivery of HR projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and standards.

Profile

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification and proven track record in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
