Business Development Executive
Location: Altrincham
Salary: £27,500 with a £35,000 OTE
WFH options available after training
Due to ongoing growth in a new area of the business, my client are seeking to add an experienced Business Development Executive to their Business Development team.

**What you will be doing as a Business Development Executive
- Following up on warm and cold leads to build rapport with potential and existing clients, to encourage them to use a new software
- Promoting the benefits in comparison to competitors
- Generating referrals and new leads in order to maximise sales potential
- Going the extra mile when speaking to clients to win more business
- Working to achievable KPI's
The Key Skills and Experience required of the Business Development Executive
- Has proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, ideally as a Business Development Executive or Business Development Manager
- Can work effectively to achievable independent and team targets
- Can effectively objection handle
- Able to prioritise tasks accordingly
- Motivated, enthusiastic and driven for success
- Is familiar with working to set targets and is driven by financial incentives
- Knowledge of recruitment agencies and software sales experience (highly desirable but not essential)
