The Recruitment Co is looking for a couple of Telesales Agents for one of their rapidly growing clients based in Liverpool City Centre.
What we're offering:
- An opportunity to work within a vibrant workspace with a rapidly evolving team.
- A competitive salary of £30,000 plus Commission, OTE of £48,000
- Core office hours of 9am to 5pm.
- No weekend work.
What we're looking for:
- Someone who's had a couple of years experience within a B2B telesales role.
- Someone who's tenacious, whose persistence will reward them generously.
- Someone who has a proven record of bringing in new clients, consistently.
- Someone with a can-do attitude and a positive spin on life.
The role:
- Reaching out to potential new clients, validating them and attempting to book sales calls/meetings.
- Generating leads and validating incoming leads.
- Managing workload through KPI's and effective time management.
- Data management including GDPR.
