Mortgage and Protection Advisor (Leads Provided)
Sutton, South London (hybrid role)
£25,000 - £35,000 depending upon experience and uncapped OTE

Core day to day duties will include:
- Responsibility for managing customer enquiries and following up on leads promptly
- Managing the Mortgage advice process end to end
- Responsibility for conducting a thorough fact find, carrying out the required product research and providing a suitable recommendation
- Working with customers to explore their longer-term protection needs and preferences; guiding them through a full suite of products and services
- Building outstanding client rapport to achieve high levels of protection conversion and generating positive reviews and securing future business
- You will be building and nourishing relationships with clients who really value quality service
- You will be provided with leads from varied sources but will also be obtaining referrals and maximising other new business opportunities
- You will have access to whole of market mortgage advice and will be responsible for cases from start to finish with the support of an administration team
- You will benefit from varied and flexible working options but ideally will spend at least one day per week in the office

This opportunity will suit a pro-active Mortgage adviser who is able to build lasting relationships based on trust. You must be self-motivated and confident to work independently.
