The Role:

We are on the hunt for an experienced General Manager from the hospitality sector, your mission is to oversee daily operations and manage the overall business. We need a leader ready to take charge. Your background should blend leisure with some Food & Beverage experience, possibly encompassing multisite operations.

About You:

  • A motivator with strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and an adaptable leadership style.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Knowledgeable about Health and Safety, Food, and Consumer legislation.
  • Experience, within the Leisure/hospitality Industry
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Team player with natural leadership qualities

  • You'll be responsible for all areas of the business, aiming for operational excellence and achieving KPIs in line with company expectations.
  • You'll coach and grow your team, helping the business to be recognised as a Great Place to Work.
  • Run all activity operations smoothly, ensuring plans are executed to exceed KPIs.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire the team to boost efficiency and exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage departmental budgets efficiently.
