Project/Senior Quantity Surveyor Required Urgently

A well-established main contractor is currently seeking experienced Project Quantity Surveyors to join their team for recently secured leisure, life sciences, and commercial projects in Central and Outer London. These schemes span the technology, life sciences, finance, and healthcare sectors, with project values ranging from £25m to £100m.

The client is open to candidates capable of leading a project, as well as those comfortable working in a support or "number 2" role. Strong procurement skills and full project lifecycle experience are preferred, as these projects are either about to commence or have recently begun.

Rate/Salary:
£400 - £550 p/d or £60k - £90k (plus package)

  • Two-stage/PSCA, full project lifecycle, and NEC & JCT D&B contract experience preferred but not essential
