Seeking a Tax Supervisor to join our client's team at the firm's Watford office. This is a well-established, multi-office accountancy practice that offers its clients audit, accounts, tax and advisory services.
The firm will offer the Tax Supervisor a competitive salary, depending upon experience, a good benefits package and hybrid working once settled into the role.
Reporting to the Tax Manager, your Tax Supervisor duties will include:
- Management of own client portfolio
- Personal, corporate, partnership and trust Tax Returns preparation and filing in a timely manner to meet deadlines
- Working closely with the Tax Partners
- Supervising more junior members of the tax team
- Drafting responses to HMRC correspondence and enquiry notices
- Ad hoc duties as necessary

- Ideally be qualified or working towards the qualification with good experience
- Have considerable mixed tax experience gained within a UK accountancy practice environment
- Experience of managing a portfolio of clients
- Excellent communicate skills
- Good interpersonal skill to communicate clearly and politely with clients and colleagues
- Good general IT skills, tax and accounting software experience and a good technical ability
- Be a team player and have the ability to manage and nurture junior team members
