  • Part-Time (20 hours over 4 days)
  • Location: Hybrid (office presence 2-3 days per week)
  • Salary: Circa £35k (FTE Salary)

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our client's team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in HR and be comfortable working with Finance teams on Payroll. Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment offers, contracts, and liaising with payroll.
  • Conduct internal AON Testing for employees and report results to hiring managers.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance within the HR department.
  • Administer leavers' processes and arrange exit interviews.
  • Maintain internal systems for employee lifecycle management.
  • Support physical logistics for internal colleagues, such as laptop distribution.
  • Create and update organisational charts.
  • Facilitate internal employee surveys and assist line managers with action plans.
  • Serve as a core representative for internal customer relations.
  • Liaise with UK and FC HR departments to build effective cross-functional relationships.
  • Monitor and update employee records in the Horizon system, ensuring accuracy and meeting KPIs.
  • Arrange meetings and handle administrative duties for the Managing Director.
  • Manage and deliver key HR reports for informed decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for ease of information access.
  • Be the first point of contact for team members requiring assistance with the Horizon system.
  • Manage internal controls within the HR function to ensure compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR administration.
  • Familiarity with finance and payroll processes.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in GDPR and data protection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with HR systems, preferably Horizon.
  • Previous experience in an FMCG company is highly desirable.
