A fast-paced distribution business based in Tamworth has a varied and interesting role for a Sales & Marketing Administrator. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is a hybrid role, with typically 2-3 days in the office per week (08:30-17:00, Monday-Friday).
You will receive a salary of £14-£15 per hour, depending on experience. This is a long-term temporary contract, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This is an ideal role for an experienced Administrator or Sales Coordinator with an interest in Marketing, or potentially a Junior Marketer/Marketing Graduate with strong administration skills.
As Sales & Marketing Administrator, your duties will include:
- Liaising with customers to enable the marketing collateral, sample's etc
- Supporting the planning and execution of events/exhibitions
- Data analysis, reporting, and collation of other information to support the Sales team
- Competitor research
- Creating presentations
- Inbox management
- Communication with customers/suppliers/internal departments
We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator with:
- Previous administrative experience in an office-based environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
- Confident phone manner
- The ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects concurrently
- Marketing experience/qualification would be desirable
