Our client, a leading company in the Practice/Consultancy industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their Change Management department on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Simplification and a passion for driving positive change within organizations.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and IT requirements
- Analyze current IT processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to simplify IT systems and processes
- Create detailed documentation of IT simplification initiatives and outcomes
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of IT simplification projects
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on new IT systems and processes
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT Simplification projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working in the Practice/Consultancy industry is a plus
