Buying Administrator | Leeds | Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 + Benefits
Zachary Daniels are excited to be partnering with a leading FMCG supplier based in Leeds. The
successful candidate will provide accurate and comprehensive buying administrative support to the Senior Buyer and wider trading team.
Responsibilities for a Buying Administrator (but not limited to)
- Price management & promotion activity
- Overall data maintenance
- Ad hoc reporting as instructed by Senior Buyer
- Working with our China Team on critical path
- Weekly stock reports
- Managing and maintaining of the showroom
- Consolidating and posting samples new for our sales team
- Aiding the Senior Buyer with Launch Plan activity
- Supporting with supplier management and communication
- Updating the team about any delays or problems with suppliers, purchase orders and NPD
- Researching new products and suppliers
- Maintaining records of supplier contracts
- Staying up-to-date and reporting on market trends
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers
- Working closely with the sales team with quote and new product set up (on customers sites)
- Working with all trading team to ensure products set up is on time, using critical paths
- General Admin duties
