We're seeking dedicated Supply Teachers to join our team in Bushey + the surrounding areas. Randstad is committed to providing high-quality teachers and support staff to our partnership schools and are currently looking for supply teachers to join our team! Role and Responsibilities of your supply teacher role:
- Maintain a seamless learning experience for students when regular teachers are unavailable
- Deliver engaging lessons following the provided curriculum or adapting as needed
- Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a positive and conducive learning environment
- Keep track of student progress and provide necessary age-appropriate feedback
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to uphold the school's educational standards
Qualifications & experience needed for the supply teacher role:
- Education Degree or related field (PGCE or equivalent)
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to different teaching environments and subjects
- Early Career teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply
