The Role:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join the team full-time, beginning in September 2024. This role is a long-term supply placement with the potential to become permanent. You will be responsible for teaching a range of subjects and functional skills, adapted to meet the individual needs of each student.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, personalised instruction in various subjects and functional skills to KS3 pupils with SEN.
- Develop and implement individualized learning plans that address each student's unique needs and goals.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and success.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support the holistic development of students.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Qualified Teacher status with proven experience in Special Educational Needs .
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with students, parents, and staff.
A commitment to creating an inclusive and nurturing educational environment.
