About the role:
- Develop and implement a people strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Coach and advise the senior leadership team to enhance performance and engagement.
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR and employee relations issues.
- Drive initiatives to foster employee engagement, culture, and collaboration.
- Oversee performance management and learning & development initiatives.
- Maintain HR policies and optimise the compensation framework.
- Ensure the efficiency of HR operations and reporting processes.
About you:
- Responsive and delivery-focused with excellent organisational skills.
- Experienced in building relationships and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Resilient and adaptable in navigating challenges.
- Committed to continuous improvement and generating innovative ideas.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills to build exceptional relationships.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalently qualified by experience.
