Our client is looking to recruit several manufacturing operative's to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their career.
Job Responsibilities:
As a manufacturing operative's your duties will include:
- Freehand soldering components onto PCB's.
- Manufacture complete control equipment.
- Working from diagrams and drawings.
- Installation of isolators, LED's, and wiring components.
- Wiring, stripping, and crimping of modules.
- Verify results by assisting with inspection and testing of components.
- Maintains safe work environment by following and procedures.
- Keeps equipment operating by following instructions.
- Troubleshooting breakdowns and performing preventive maintenance.
About you:
- Apprentice trained or equivalent qualification required, soldering to grade 2 standard.
- Must have relevant experience in the industry.
- Focused on quality and excellence of end product.
- Motivated to meet targets and deadlines.
- Working either independently or within a team.
- Be able to help and pass on experiences to help improvements within the company.
Shifts & Salary:
Monday - Friday
08.00am till 16.30pm Monday to Thursday, early finish Friday
£11.50 per hour
