We are assisting a leading financial services client who specialises in comprehensive pension management solutions. Our client is seeking a highly skilled Pensions Transfer/SQL Data Migration Specialist to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of pension data between systems.
- Utilise your in-depth knowledge of pension calculations to verify data integrity and ensure accurate pension benefit processing.
- Develop, maintain, and optimise SQL scripts and queries to support data migration tasks and pension calculations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration and execution of data migration projects.
- Perform rigorous data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
- Create comprehensive documentation for data migration processes, methodologies, and procedures.
Key Skills:
- Previous or current experience in pensions transfer and data migration, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Proficient in SQL, with a strong ability to write and optimise complex queries and scripts.
- Extensive understanding of pension schemes, calculations, and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment, with strong self-motivation and time-management skills.
