JOB TITLE: SALES ORDER PROCESSOR – 12 FTC
SALARY: £25K
LOCATION: TWICKENHAM
HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8.30AM TO 5.30PM (1 HOUR LUNCH)
ANNUAL LEAVE: 23 DAYS PLUS BANK HOLIDAYS
My client is a long-established supplier of ceramic throughout the UK. They have gone from strength to strength in recent years, an amazing service and dedication to a high level of customer care has been the main factor. The team are warm, friendly and supportive!
MAIN OBJECTIVES:
- To accurately process customer orders on to central computer system and print order details for Warehouse to pack and despatch
- To provide prompt and accurate service to customers to ensure optimum satisfaction
- To provide ongoing support to ASM's, as required
- To work as part of a team, being flexible and offering support within the team
- To gain a good working knowledge of product ranges to enable efficiency in role
KEY QUALITIES:
- Accuracy
- Attention to detail
- A good telephone manner
- Level headed, not inclined to panic or get frustrated too easily
- Understanding of maths (for calculation of quantities needed to cover meterage ordered) full training will be given.
- The understanding that the role will take at least 4+ months to train, there is a lot to learn and training will be ongoing.
