Office Administrator / Receptionist

I'm currently recruiting a highly motivated individual to join our current outstanding support staff team working for a well established solicitors in their Witney office. This role will mainly involve office administrative support as well as reception cover, this is a full time role working Monday to Friday, 9 to 5:30pm within a fast paced and friendly team,

The ideal person will -

  • Be well organised, thorough, and accurate
  • Be able to work independently but also as part of a team
  • Be prepared to work flexibly within the office environment
  • Be prepared to demonstrate good interpersonal skills and engage fully with all members of the office

Essential Skills -

  • Have an outstanding telephone manner and able to handle a large call volume
  • Have excellent organisational skills;
  • Have a proven ability of working to deadlines;
  • Have good telephone and communication skills particularly with members of the public
  • Have excellent IT skills
  • Understand how to conduct themselves within a professional office environment.

Salary and Benefits:

  • 25 days holiday per annum plus normal bank holidays
  • Salary exchange pension, Free on-site parking.
