We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and decision support, contributing to the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets. Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide recommendations for improvement.
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with various departments to support strategic initiatives and business planning. Assist in the development of long-term financial strategies.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) are a plus.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
